At BootBuddy, we want you to walk with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn footwear in its original packaging. If your new boots aren't the perfect fit, our hassle-free process ensures you get the right pair or a full refund without the stress.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and secure it to the outside of your original BootBuddy box.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to begin the transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned boots, we will process your refund or ship your exchange size within 5-7 business days.
